This Caramella Mokatine, also known as the 'Arabier', is a coffee-flavoured sweet in a sachetti wrapper.
In 1925 Louis Roodhooft started the company and their sweets became an instant succes.
Their factory was located in Antwerp , in the "Lange Leemstraat" near "Berchem station" but in 2018 they moved to Turnhout as they outgrew their original factory.
Rather than that artificial coffee flavoring, though, these taste real.
