DELIVERY

All our orders are shipped by FEDEX which is a trackable service to your door. We have a daily pickup by FEDEX and will email you tracking details as soon as the parcel has been collected.

PICK UP IN STORE

You can collect your order at our Morrison store in Antwerp. Please note that this is only possible for orders from Belgium or The Netherlands. When you finalize your purchase you can select the option ”Pick Up In-Store”. The order will then be ready for pick up from our shop in Antwerp on the following weekday. You have 7 days to collect the order before it is returned to the warehouse.

Note that you must have your order number with you when picking up in-store in order for us to identify the correct order.

TAX FREE (NON EU CUSTOMERS)

Customers outside of the European Union, can shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax. Please note that handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Due to the Brexit, British customers will also be able to shop tax free from 01/01/2021 on. Please note that handling and custom fees may apply to packages sent outside the E.U. Any duties payable will be the sole responsibility of the customer and may need to be paid at the time of delivery.

Also note that every shipment has an FTA invoice included in the shipping documents.


BREXIT: IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING BREXIT.

Due to recent changes in the UK & EU’s trade agreements, customers living within the UK will no longer be charged VAT on their purchases from Morrison (operating from Belgium). The prices on our webshop are indicated ex VAT.

Your order will be shipped on a DAP (Delivered at Place) service and you may be required to pay duties and taxes on your purchase when it arrives in the destination country. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges.

Very important
With every shipment we add an invoice with the origin of goods. Almost all our products are EU/UK made. If this is the case only UK VAT will be added and NO import duties will be charged. Morrison is not responsible for any additional cost when receiving the order. 

Any parcels returned to us due to customs charges being higher than expected, we reserve the right to refund the transaction minus all costs incurred.

The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges. Postal charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees will all be deductible from any refund due.

Import notice for US orders:

Recently the United States government made a change in the duties/customs charges on all orders to the U.S.
From now on US clients are able to order up to $800 free of import tax.
