For orders shipped to the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong, and Japan, we operate on a Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) basis.
This means that all duties, taxes, and import charges are included in the final price at checkout.
There will be no additional costs upon delivery.
For EU orders, no additional charges apply upon delivery.
For non-EU destinations outside the DDP countries, local taxes and import duties may be applied upon arrival.

TAXES
Customers outside the EU shop excluding Belgian VAT.
For DDP markets (USA, UK, Canada, Australia, South Korea, Switzerland, Norway, Hong Kong, and Japan), all duties and taxes are included at checkout.
For all EU destinations, no additional charges apply.
For non-EU destinations outside DDP markets, delivery charges do not include local taxes or import duties. These may be applied upon arrival and remain the responsibility of the customer.
RETURNS & CUSTOMS
If a DDP shipment is refused or returned, any incurred duties, taxes, and return costs will be deducted from the refund.
